Thus Revelation 17:8-11 parallel Revelation 11:7 "wildbeast that ascends from the abyss" is occurring as that "tribulation of those days" is ending into Revelation 17:11-18 "one hour" of full global government "ascension" worldwide. That will occur and that is what this final cycle will lead to guaranteed by prophecy and the globalist agenda.

The premature end delusion now expected in most churches aids the process: it will discredit that prophecy when it fails, and it will keep the whole house of Christendom divided and in confusion.

The "Israel" carrot, also an NWO known puppet system since 1917, will then be used to cover up the "rapture" error with a new illusion to lead what is left of that church system to the wild beast world government, by use of Israel as "fulfilling prophecy brothers!". It is not God who will be "restoring Israel" it is the NWO Zionists who do this to give credibility to their own world government, in that sector, as the decoy counterfeit "Kingdom of God".
