I just got a call from the Vet. My dog has cancer...

I was feeling great. What a fall..... to the bottom...

I come to GLP for the little nuggets of inspiration that occasionally get posted here, but often get dragged down in the swamp of emotionally charged distractions instead. For this reason, I decided to make use of the advanced technology known as "a bookmark" and use this thread as my landing pad in the future!

I hope your intention of getting people to gather here pans out, it's a great initiative! Keep posting links to other good threads that get posted when you find them, it really helps.

Since I'm posting, I might as well make a little first contribution as well. I don't have many impressive-sounding spiritual experiences to report just yet, but I am making great progress lately regardless:

1. I feel love shining in my heart like a happy little sun! It is almost permanent now, and I easily get it back if something momentarily pushes me out of balance so I lose track of it. Just a quick show of intent, and it's right back where it's supposed to be.

2. I have recently defeated my long-standing personal Nemesis: LUST!

It has taken me many years of struggle, and it wasn't a straight path. The first thing I had to do was to fully indulge in my lust to melt away a thousand incarnation's worth of sexual inhibitions and blockages.

This phase of liberation through application of self-love and self-acceptance took decades, but eventually took me to a point where I could fully enjoy my lust without the least tinge of shame.

But as an unfortunate side-effect, my lust had now grown to near unmanageable proportions, and was a dominating and most destructive force in my life!

Thus began the next phase - subduing my lust by controlling it with my higher mind, but without passing any judgments on it. A delicate work that required certain inner discoveries.

The capstone on this inner work only fell in place very recently. I finally learned how to "lean" on the desired inner energy, instead of fighting to subdue the unwanted ones. When a sudden bout of lust bubbles up in my mind now, I just brush it aside gently and refocus on the core energy I call "a happy little sun in my heart".

That's all it takes to put this particular demon in his proper place, but getting to the point where I had it figured out took many years of struggle and pain.

Nowadays my little lust demon gets to tag along to enjoy the ride when my wife and I have sex, but he doesn't get to control anything or anyone.

I am in balance, and I finally know how to maintain it.

Sorry to hear about your dog, hoping your dog will get better. Its been almost a year to the day when I found out by a Vet. that my dog had advance cancer of the bone. I had to put him down by advice from the Vet. in order for my dog to stop suffering with the extreme pain, he was only eight years old, he was one of my best dogs, he will be long remembered.

The Cosmic Creative Principle

....The first of these is the activity that splits the original undifferentiated unity of Absolute Consciousness into infinite numbers of derived units of consciousness.  The Universal Mind engages in a creative play that involves complicated sequences of divisions, fragmentation, and differentiations.  This finally results in experiential worlds that contain countless separate entities endowed with specific forms of consciousness and possess selective self-awareness.  There seems to be general agreement that these come into being by multiple divisions and subdivisions of the originally undivided field of cosmic consciousness.  The divine thus does not create something out of itself, but by transformations within the field of its own being.

Hello everyone,i would like to share one of my experience
with you'll,i know many of us have been experiencing the
the ringing in the ear also morse code and the hum.
For many years i have been hearing the ringing in my ears,morse codes,beeping and vibrating,but after sometime
by body adjust to it, so i stop paying attention to the ringing and the beeps.The last year or so i have notice just
about everynight while i'am sleeping i would here the phone
ring i would be who's calling at this hour,but in my sleep i would be saying things like i'am so tired who ever it was i hope the voicemail pick up and i would return the
call the next day.
Now here is the real cool part,i heard the voicemail pick up
these were the messages left,your doctor was trying to contact you ,also pls don't forget u have to pay some bills
tomorrow,next morning i wake up checking my house phone and mobile but there were no messages or miss call,i was puzzle
phone rings just about everynight,but next day there's no
miss call or messages,one day i was off so i went back to bed the minute my head hit the pillow ,i heard the ringing
again this time i was half asleep and messages was left again,we have been trying to contact you for a while please
pick up and answer and let us know that you're ok,i get up
quickly and sat on the bed and was omg,i finally realize the
ringing that i heard everynight that was from my ear,and the messages and reminders from my guides higher realms/dimensions.
So my advice to everyone who's exeperiencing the ringing
and ear beeps pay attention and pick up the phone
there really are messages ,downloads and reminders,have a goodnight everyone

Everything around us is changing at light speed, I see it and feel it. We have all been caught is some type of a 'time loop'. But it has stopped and now I see what is going on. The rise in consciousness and the frequencies is 'mind boggling'. I just sit back and view what has been going on, then, now and soon to come.

NOTE: I had written up about 4 more paragraphs. But deleted them. We will leave it at this.

Can you not hear them? The Ancients still speak. Everywhere their presence rising from the ground as we rise within ourselves. Instantaneous information abounds now, what is the secret that is being revealed. They had more senses, more awareness of the world, we have lost those abilities but they cry within to be reawakened. Can you not feel it? Your constraints and programming must fall away you must be open to possibilities beyond imagination. You must "pick up the phone" as one poster put it.

Where are we now? We search currently, and a group of researchers and scientists gain more understanding of things that have been in front of us all along. Some of it presented in humorous light like Ancient Aliens, some in more serious tones in discussions about the protections and denials for further serious research on the Egyptian sites. Why are sites closed to the public? Why are we still believing the mythologies we have been told as the truth begs to us to be told?

For me personally I have looked at the ancient - I have looked within, I have had personal experiences of unexplained nature. I feel moved now to look at why we fell, what exactly caused the dark ages? How did we lose our ability to "see" with more senses and enter an age of darkness from which we still have not recovered?

What happens to us all if the sudden hand of fate turns on the "light" and all in the darkness is revealed?

I was fortunate to undergo treatment at an academy ~ the experience cannot be easily explained. Though it has been some time since treatment - points will sometime spontaneously activate, it feels a bit like hitting your funny bone when the chi releases.

The thing that happened most for me, from undergoing this treatment ~ was a sense of personal clarity. An awareness of the illusion will live in . . . but without panic. :-)

I wonder if it has to do with periods in time where, due to our position in relation to galactic plane, we are showered in a novel type of photonic light, supersaturated actually and our abilities increase in magnitudes. Then as we pass out of that sector we regress to subsistence level existence.

I read that the dream subtext where it feels as if the dreamer is on a mission can sometimes indicate dream interference, that is that the dreamer is being programmed by someone to later act as an agent of the programmed act

I always feel like I'm on a mission in my dreams. As I've mentioned before, it's always clear what it is when I'm dreaming but impossible to recall upon waking. I need to learn to lucid dream asap lol

Imagine being shown a tree that grows from the base to the top: first the roots, then the trunk and finally the branches.

In the image, however the tree was upside down.

Analogically speaking, the roots are the subtle plane. From where the materialisation of the object appears; the trunk is connected the subtle and physical plane. And the branches which are the lower part, represent the materialisation of what is needed to appear.
