The movie is called "Dragon Day". Do a Google search on it and you'll find it.
Don't know if I'm allowed to mention where I rented it but you can probably guess.

Hint: U.S. owes trillions to China. What might happen if China tries to collect and U.S. can't pay? Use your imagination, then watch this movie.
A real eye-opener.
