Police have no right to fire first, declare war on citizens because they are afraid

Police and government should fear citizens at all times and be willing fools to be victims, at which point other citizens and police address the crime and violence of the citizen.

Police are not soldiers on foreign soil. Police do not show up guns blazing. Police get shot before they risk shooting someone by mistake. Police do not have a right to protect themselves by firing first. That is why they are the police. To create an order by example. A willingness to serve and sacrifice for the good of the many.

If police believe they have a right to show up guns drawn, firing first at unarmed citizens with their backs turned because they are frightened little bitches, they then fail to be police and become armed psychopath gang members, soldiers ready to kill to enforce order. Ergo, citizens have the right and responsibility to kill police on sight to protect themselves from hostile forces.

Sounds reasonable.

If cops are so afraid of law abiding citizens that they think they have to shoot innocent people to "protect themselves", maybe they need to find themselves a less stressful occupation.
