That is great, but a lot of people never did any of that and "still feel like crap" so what then? |

Meaning, it isn't right to say "You feel like crap, it must be because you've been thinking "bad thoughts"". Good health comes first from the mind, later from everything else. Doesn´t matter if you have a nice diet, if you have bad thoughts you are shitting inside of you, with consecuences over time. People relying on external supplements instead of fixing their heads first is what makes most illnesses a chronical ailment. |

The consecuence, of them. When your body feels fear, for example, it is because your thoughts inspire fear and disharmony into the collective organism of cells that comprises the human body. It is because you are thinking WRONG. Generating illness as a consecuence of disharmony. |

That is great, but a lot of people never did any of that and "still feel like crap" so what then? 2/3 Tumeric, 1/3 fine ground black pepper mixed with just enough olive or grapeseed oil to produce "putty-balls" About 1/4 teaspoon size balls of this at a time, put each in the back of your throat and slug it down with very cold water. Do this 8 times (2 teaspoons), twice a day. You will feel warm within an hour and stay there for several hours. Over the days your mind will clear and memory will sharpen. Any inflammation will greatly reduce (some types of arthritis, like mine which is osteo) Of course as above no drugs or alcohol, tobacco, or other poisons. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 12386735 United Kingdom 11/21/2014 10:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Good music can be really uplifting, I always know when I'm on a downer as I lose my interest in music... But I'm getting interested in the solfeggio frequencies and how they resonate with the body (cymatics is a really fascinating phenomenon). It kind of links in with the water crystallization studies of Matsuo Emoto. The problem I find, is that when I'm reeaaally feeling like crap, I just can't find the enthusiasm to care or do anything about it!! Practising the Five Tibetan Rites every day is also meant to be fab- they were apparently developed by the Yogi Masters in the mountains of Tibet, and are said to activate all of the chakras & maintain youth. Not got round to doing them yet though, either! Vitamin D3 is supposed to be good for depression, as is 5HTP, magnesium complex, GABA (for anxiety), St John's Wort, Vitamin C (2000mg) is always a good one. Oh and B vitamins- I think B1 deficiency is linked with feeling crappy? I'm thinking of doing a proper detox next week, just flush out the system and reboot. If I can be arsed, of course. |

I've been quite interested in finding out more about crystals, since I've watched lectures by Harry Oldfield and Les Brown especially. They're trained physicists, rather than airy fairy types- and the science is quite fascinating. Black tourmaline is supposed to be very powerful in dispelling negative energies, and is also supposed to be good at absorbing incoherent electromagnetic frequencies. |

Also Holy Basil is pretty amazing, it lifts your stress immediately and it gives me a great boost mentally. Check out a guy named Truth Calkins and "Jing City" - they sell it at Longevity Warehouse on line - its a remarkable blend of chinese tonic herbs that are generally restorative. Someone already suggested the 5 Tibetan Rites, there are youtube videos demonstrating how to perform them and it will help. Hope you feel better soon. edited for spelling Last Edited by Tropicalgirl on 11/21/2014 11:01 PM |

I think most people's mental and physical state would improve after following them. Hell yes, if they would stop filling themselves with coffee and youtube videos. The monks show the way to live- If you want to feel amazing: -abstain from sex& masturbating, conserve, preserve and channel that sexual energy into music, art, exercise, your hobbies, whatever you enjoy doing -abstain from alcohol, caffeine, stimulants, pills, powders, any and all drugs (pot too). Your body naturally heals itself and filters out all that's unnecessary (i.e. 'modern' food) -abstain from junk food which is hard on the system and enjoy fruits, veggies, rice, beans, eggs -when you are making your meals, say prayers over it and bless it, thank the plants for their nourishment. You can bless your water too (thank you water may you return to the Divine Source of all things) -every day say thank you for another day of consciousness, be grateful for all the things you have because nearly the entire population on this Earth has it way harder than you |
