Brown dwarfs are quite common, though Science prefers they stay out of public sight. Jupiter and Saturn are probably brown dwarfs with moons about as big as planets. A Perturber dwarf may be responsible for changes in our solar system, including that climate change chimera. And, as I think you have pointed out before, Isis, a galactic superwave has awakened but poses no immediate risk.

A perturber dwarf would have perturbed the orbits of the known planets. That's what perturber means.
This is how we KNOW there isn't such a thing.
