I had an out of body experience this morning.
I woke up early this morning at about 5 am, an hour before I usually get up to get to work. I was clearly awake and tried to get up out of bed. Somehow I couldnt move myself and I was totally paralized. I heard a strong noise something like 100 bees zumming inside of your head is the best explanation I can give to the sound. And felt my chest vibrating, I was to least say terrified.

I tried to move my feet but could not, so I tried to fall asleep by closing my eyes and just wishing I was not at this place at the moment.

I was immidiately transported into a big sort of dining hall. Where I noticed that I recognize some people that were sitting and walking around this huge room. I stumbled around just looking at everything and thinking : " I know this must be a dream, but if it was then I wouldnt be thinking like this, and I wouldnt be able to know that this is a dream" I got lost in my thoughts as somebody slowly opened the main door into this big dining hall.
I saw two silhouettes coming in, and as I moved closer I saw this were my grandparents that both passed away, my grandmother died a few years ago and I never knew my grandfather.

My jaw fell to the floor, and I just couldnt say anything, I stood there looking at them as what fellt to be like 5minutes, but probably was way less. The strange thing was that even though I never saw my grandfather because he died a month before I was born, I looked at him as you would look at somebody infront of you, i only know him from some old pictures and to be honest I remember feeling like this was really weird and I shouldnt be able to do this.

I gave a big hug to both off them as I slowly asked my grandmother if everything was alright with her?
She gave me a big smile as she used to do, and told me they were fine and doing well. She immidiatly asked me about why I quitted my highschool studies, and was kinda dissapointed and said that she saw a bright future for me in sports management.

I asked her if this was a DREAM, if I could have projected this on my self, I became a bit hysterical and she calmed me down by placing her hand on my shoulder and saying: Who cares if it is a dream or not? We are talking right now right? You feel my hand on your shoulder right? I nodded and she gave me a big hug.

As she released me I asked her if her view on religion had changed anything since she passed on. ( Look at the way I asked this question?) This is because lately I have felt some presence that is un explainable. She gave me a straight look into the eyes, shrugged and told me that she could not answer that particulair question. She then looked over her shoulder and said: You can say it has a little bit though, as she blinked with her eye once.

Immidiately after she told me this, I WOKE UP sitting in my bed, breathing heavily and I rushed to my computer to write down everything so that I would not forget any of it.

I want to say that it was a very long time ago that I thought about my grandmother even though she was a mother for me. Lately I kinda forgot about her to be honest, and I feel that I somehow had a conversation with her this morning.

Every sentence written here is truth and nothing but the truth. IT WAS NOT A DREAM.

Thank you for reading, what kind of experience was this?

--- One love.

That was an obe. Congrats on the achievement, its not small. Mine have been happening random like yours for about a year, its only been the last couple weeks that I have been able to self initiate them.

I wonder what's the punishment for leaking sensitive information about afterlife. They never leak any, so it must be something pretty nasty.

Thanks for sharing that! I have seen my grandparents on the other side as well and your experience reminded me.
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9

"It will be good for those servants whose master finds them WATCHING when he comes..."Luke 12:37

Ok. I believe you had an experience.

I believe you saw something that you can't explain and I understand you are trying to figure it out.

Sorry.

I don't think a big dining hall would be considered Heaven. Lol

Re: I had an out of body experience this morning.
She was a really good person so I hope she is somewhere where she deserves to be.
She believed in ghosts and Aliens I remember us talking about this subject like a few months before she passed.
I told her that if she died that she would not scare me as a ghost because I would not be able to live a normal life after something like this. She started joking and saying that she would do so just because I told her not to haha. I became sad and she said that she would not do so.

I wonder if there is any way for me to seek contact with her? Through a medium or anything? Because I feel like I would like to tell her that I appriciate everything she teached me.

No need for mediums.

Talk to her just like she was right next to you, and she'll hear.

This is classic OBE.

People will first be paralyzed, and then hear the buzzing sound prior to leaving the body.

When the paralysis occurs, most will panic and try to fight it, until it stops.

The key to leaving the body, relaxing and going back to sleep as you did, when the paralysis occurs.

Was this something made up?

You really can't be 100% certain, unless you receive info, that you didn't know about, but which can later be verified.

However, I do think the experience was real.

About the comment of a dining hall in heaven, Jesus did state there are many rooms / mansions in my Father's house / heaven.

So, it's likely that there's buildings there.

From NDE's, even if an atheist lives a good life, but never believes in God, they still have a positive experience.

Even Jesus forgave a woman of her sins, because of her loving acts.

So I do believe atheists can still go to heave, if they lived a life, in which they were loving and kind to others.

Re: I had an out of body experience this morning.
First, I believe you and this runs deeper than you know. I cannot go too far here as my experiences go back quite a few years and are complicated. Reality is elsewhere, but I will share a few things with you.

Some years ago, I was out and found my grandson there, we were just having a party with some others, floating and flying. Years later when I found out he had some damn weird experiences, I asked if remembered this, he related in detail that event. Then I also confronted or tried to confront an entity that picked him up and found that I could in a confrontation be torn from my body and was. Later I got a call from him and when he was out of body the night before, he found the barrier that prevented me from going too far off earth. I quizzed him in depth about this and he described the voice, the other world and all details that I had encountered as well as his grandma's experience of being shown this world.

I don't do this all the time and have little control, but others are involved, some seem nasty and leave me tired the next morning. Just the other night I was awoke with an new sound like a musical horn and then vibrations, usually a high pitch sound. Enjoy the trip and stay strong, you are strong as a being. I have backed down others and been embraced by beings of great love, life is far more complicated than folks know.

Op as I mentioned above these can be self intimated. My last blog post I talked about my first fully self initiated obe. I don't want to steal your thunder here so I'll just drop a link

[link to originsofenergy.com]

There is contact info on the site. Feel free to email me if you want help learning how to self initiate these experiences and not just have them be random.

Re: I had an out of body experience this morning.
I am so envious of your experience!

I have been practicing my meditation for a very long time, trying to get to that state.

I have gotten as far as the chest vibrations and feeling like I am disoriented, as if my energy body and my physical body were not "in phase", but have never left my body yet.

Congratulations to you! Maybe now that you have done it once it will get easier for you each successive time, if you want it.

I also experienced something similar this morning.
I felt the buzzing sound inside of me, but I somehow awake and was totally awake, not knowing if I just almost had one again or if I was dreaming it..

Re: I had an out of body experience this morning.
I started getting the chest vibrations and buzzing when I was a kid. It happened much more frequently back then and it frightened me and it would happen right before I fell asleep. I have always been a lucid dreamer. I can't differentiate between dreaming and OBE though, to me they seem the same or else I have never had an OBE although I seem to remember sometimes before waking up I would be looking down on my body from an upside down position as if I were hovering on the ceiling. Anyhow, bottom line is I don't have any control over it but it no longer frightens me but I'm not sure what any of it means really.

Now that you mentioned that, I also had something similar in my childhood, at wich one point my body fell asleep, but I was awake, and I would get a bad dream, trying to force myself to wake up but I couldnt move a muscle in my body.
After a while I kinda exploded into movement and was hysterical and afraid to fall asleep. Maybe a beginning fase of being a lucid dreamer? or what else can it be?
