 Unfortunately this planet can't sustain the number of humans we have now, without a miraculous improvement on human agriculture, medicine, and probably also mechanization. A spooky thought perhaps considering the potential of robots to enslave us.  I think we both know it'll be much easier to reduce numbers than improve tech. Easier to use tech to master whats left.
