Well. In my case it is true. I drink slow enough that by the time I reach the bottom 2 inches of a beer, it is warm and I discard it.

I thought a lot about what you said on the drive home, Huck and I have a couple questions...

Was this place you were sent religious based? And when said 'wrappings' occurred, were there any adult women in the room?

How many were aware of such treatment?

Heya.

hi

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. :)

I just spent the last 3 hours reading through this thread.

Thread: Remote Viewing Ancient Civilizations - a compilation of data.

Just the OP's posts and the posters quoted.

Really fascinating stuff. And much of it seems to resonate with common sense.

Reminds a bit of the 'Secrets Thread' with more of a matter of fact tone and less personal sentiments.

Definitely recommend for a thought provoking experience.

Good afternoon.

I had one two nights ago I am fairly certain.

Last night I had a weird dream of watching my old car roll away and flip over after trying to get a cops attention about an attempted abduction.

She is the most profound animative (ha) representation of this concept I've found.

A victim's "desire for revenge" is necessary to maintain the vital will. The manifestation... we don't necessarily decide, but perhaps our will gets the job done.

The animus below, the "blind judgment" - drapes over the eye sockets, crown of wisdom, grey hair. Oblivion - the syzygetic, blackening fire.

Desire for revenge does and will drive one forward. Often without care of the little voice that attempts to hold one back.

To be set to such a task, can blind common sense, and make a monster of us all depending on the perceived crime. It is how man rationalizes torture of others. And where justice gets mistaken for revenge.

In this symbol, a "holy father" figure breaks the silence, channeling the suffering of the chained female component, fixating a dragon's wrath on external punishment. Of course, Rebis quells the dragon - concealing the inevitable?

Yes, that desire can drive us anywhere. We can focus inward or outward. But if we work so well on ourselves (in pathotic enlivenment), does that self-power not grow tentacles that seek out injustice?

After all, there is a dragon that none can control...

If my understanding is clear, dragons horde and guard that which is valuable to man, but of which they have no practical use for. The common symbolism of the Dragon guarding tons of gold and often a virgin female, for example.

Rebis stands on the back of a dragon. I always found that a little curious in the symbolism of Rebis and have loosely tied it to this image.

True justice can be hard to find as most is a form of revenge repackaged and mass justified. I find the hypocritical nature of minkind depending on their current vantage point, to be a constant barrier between civilized conversation and a mud slinging brawl where everyone sits squarely on their own beliefs. Which I understand entirely why it is done and have found few work arounds.

Having a conversation on GLP of late, is like pulling teeth of adolescents whom injested far too much sugar.

Re: Desire for Revenge
Forgive everything. Simple concept. Be prepared in advance to forgive so in essence you can always be in a state of forgiveness. Ones perspective matters here. How are you approaching things? Higher perspective or lower nature.

We get to work on ourselves. Thru example and talking about what we had to do we maybe can effect others but judging and grudging (holding grudges) doesn't get us very far.

Forgiveness isn't just about people and that's the mistake many people make. It's everything (ourselves, institutions, organizations, politics, governments, people on this forum including those who seek to kill most of the world's population, etc.) that needs to be forgiven. We attach to all this stuff because of our own instincts gone awry.

It's not easy. Neither is processing all our fears and traumas and perceived wants and needs but it's what sets us free ultimately back to loving all that is.

Forgiveness, like true justice can be hard to come by, but does get easier with practice. With experience which leads to empathy.

It should be noted that while it a healthy practice, those who forgive too easy are likely to get walked on. The inevitable doormat. Some fall into this role and live it until one reaches a breaking point.

Breaking points express in different way. Some explode and shoot up their schools. Revenge.

Some forgive their bullies and utilize the experience to facilitate otherside who are bullied. Offering tools. Justice.

What is this Darkness that lays dormant until triggered?

Why is it soothed by thoughts of violence, whether acted on or not?

Do we all carry what Dexter called, his 'Dark Passenger'?

Is Revenge ever apt?

Are we all balanced on the precipice of potential violence, if triggered?

I have a reply to your topic.

I prefer to see people acknowledge their dark side.

Than pretend it does not exist.

Not to be quick to morally call it to question.

But honestly declare, "I hate that person".

Honestly declare, "I am jealous".

I believe the bigger menace is denial of these primal feelings.

As to whether these primal feelings should exist at all, that is the next area to step into, but certainly being to quick to taboo them is no help in this.

An example might be, "If nature can be cruel I cannot see why I cannot", which Hitler said.

I find this quote first intriguing, and somewhat daring, in that giving an eye into why perhaps nature kills us in the first place.

So very much so, perhaps many morals are simply twisted measurements of a self righteousness, and hate in itself could be considered a love so strong, it has not yet found company to make it seen.

As for vengeance, who makes it wrong or right? Who makes it a sin or just? If you can live with yourself, that is all that makes it valid.
Catch for us the foxes, the little foxes that ruin the vineyards, our vineyards that are in bloom.
