There is a lot of preplanning owning a business. And not have the liquid to pay for something in March, which returns in August can be devastating financially.

Have some significant savings, for first time ever. The money you don't have to touch. It just sits there. Until needed.

my first offense was when I was 13, I ran away to make out with a cute girl.

I went to utah boys ranch for 1 year.

It was there that I learned to be a criminal.

my mom came to pick me up from school but I ditched out because this girl liked me, and we ran across the street to the college and made out till about midnight, then I was caught walking home.

yeah, it was a nightmare. literal torture called 'wrap sessions' where they would wrap you up in a blanket till immobile then a 300 pound man would plant his elbow into your stomach with all his weight and they would ask you about your life while you screamed bloody murder for an hour a week.

my parents knew, but not the extent.

So sorry you had to go through that. I saw some difficult things during my senior practicum, but nothing like that.

I understand. But torturing children into compliance is not the way.

Roman is doing much better. Started weening him off the prednisone yesterday. Hoping the itchies stay away.

Renvenge is a self distructive urge. Your best bet is to live and let live. I have tried (semi-successfully) to curb the urge for more than twenty years. I rarely seek revenge myself, but I still feel good when someone that wronged me is served a dose of karma.

Heya! I was just thinking about you a couple hours ago. :)

How are you?

Oregon really is lush and beautiful. I'm in Eugene at current. I rarely make it up to Portland. Unless for baptisms or baby showers.

Eugene has a lot of culture, parks, and the University, with less people. Which I prefer.

I lived in Seattle when I was 18, and I decided myself and constant traffic, are not cohabitable.
 Quoting: Seer777

oh right, Eugene! sounds gorgeous in itself. you know where it's at Seer :)

me, i'm good, thanks :) just moved into a Mason-built stone house in the middle of Springbrook rainforest (where i've been in close proximity to my mother and grandmother for the past year.. sadly, no picnic) where i'll stay a few weeks before moving to a tropical island where i've been approved for a stunning Queenslander home.. can't wait to bathe in the claw-foot tub as i've sooo missed languishing in a bath

and so that'll make my 7th move in just over 3 years..
