Well, I don't look down on you due to her Age op, but chances are she has not fully mentally matured and will cut you off in a flash when her brain chemistry changes. Just saying there's a good chance of that happening, so if you're not prepared to be broken, you should at least expect it.

I married at 21 years of age to a man who was 30 years old. We are still married some 22 years later.


From my perspective now, I can tell you older guys at your stage of the game have a huge advantage over anyone her own age. You have been in the world and have acquired more confidence life history ect..

The problem is ultimately that experience through her eyes puts you on a 'pedal stool'. That is great for you in terms of your feeling revered and no doubt a confidence booster for you but at some point she will no longer feel this way.

If part of the attraction for you is how she looks up to you just know over time that will diminish. She may still love you but she will give up the very life experience she honors in you currently. She will skip some of her life developments and that short cut for her could reduce her ability to develop to her possible full potential.


I am not saying I would not go back and do it all again. BUT I mistakenly thought my husband and I were coming to the marriage on the same page and we really were not the same at all. It has been great for my husband.
