IF Dr. Nancy is still out there, she needs to tweet it, or do an interview where we can actually see her face, not just a phone interview, I think we need some truth. Where is her family??? User ID: 54058774 United States 11/06/2014 11:00 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Where is Dr. Nancy Snyderman. Our beloved News Dr who tells us all how to handle our health. Quoting: FriedGreenTomatoes Remember she was exposed to Ebola by her camara man, then her and her crew were flown back for voluntary quarantine and then was caught out in public (at a cafe) then mandated to quarantine. Only news about her has been that she was released from quarantine 10/22/14 but has decided to take a 30 leave of absence, vacation, time off whatever you want. Her last tweet was Oct 5th. [link to twitter.com (secure)] Article about taking some time off [link to www.dailymail.co.uk] So the real question. This womans face has been on NBC Daily for years, now all the sudden she just disappeared after the quarantine??? Do you even think she is still alive?? I think she possibly contracted and didn't make it, or they saved her and it took such a toll on her she is still recuperating. All in all, this whole story stinks! My guess is she is full blown ebola and they are keeping it secret. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 41920447 United States 11/06/2014 11:02 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | She is an EBOLA victim. Because of her inappropriate and unprofessional response to the EBOLA self quarantine instituted by her employer, she has ruined her own reputation and career by demonstrating her lack of respect and lack of ethics. No one wants to see her face or hear her voice. |

NBC News will bring back its chief medical correspondent Nancy Snyderman, whose mandatory quarantine ends today — but the news division is keeping her out of circulation for another month, presumably to give the toxicity of her quarantine violation time to subside. In a memo to staff, NBC News chief Deborah Turness announced that the 21-day quarantine period of Snyderman and her team is ending tonight, but that “we have encouraged them — and they have agreed — to take some time off with their families and friends to help restore some normalcy to their lives.” “We very much look forward to their return next month,” Turness said. If she were to reappear all healthy and chipper it would nullify any and all "toxicity" of her quarantine violation by accentuating that she was right and justified. Again...100% bullshit excuse. User ID: 34763230 United States 11/06/2014 11:08 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | An admitted lapse in the quarantine, combined with a curiously imprecise explanation, unleashed a furious response. NBC must now decide whether Snyderman's credibility is too damaged for her to continue reporting on Ebola or other medical issues and, if so, for how long. The network would not comment. Snyderman's "arrogance and dismissiveness" create a huge PR and credibility problem for NBC, said Kelly McBride, an expert on ethics for the journalism think tank the Poynter Institute. Why aren't they using her like a flag waving it at us regarding "why we need to follow the rules", because you will get "fired". No, don't buy it, they would love to tell the world they fired little ole Nancy for being selfish!!! MrsTomatoHead |

Quoting: Ouiser Here's her last tweet, after tweeting almost daily for forever. Dr. Nancy Snyderman retweeted Dr. Tom Frieden @DrFriedenCDC · Oct 5 We will stop #Ebola outbreak in its tracks in the US. This really suspicious. Even more suspicious than Louise Troh's absence from the media. Nancy Snyderman is a very public person, and her quarantine would have made for great television. They could have Skyped her in, every day, just to check on her, and have her bitch about how boring it all was, and how all those mean ole politicians were being so unreasonable, cooping her up like that. Not a word from this woman in over a month now. If she was fine, there's no need for a leave of absence. She could, now, be all over TV retroactively bitching about her ordeal, but nothing. What? She can't tweet while she's on vacation? John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. |
