Obama says he is going to issue a Executive Order for illegal aliens anmesty.

If He does he will have performed another treasonous act against the United States.

Where is the delegation of power by congress for Executive Orders?
Show it to the American people.
If it does exist, then it can easly be un-delegated by Congress.

Article 1 Section 9 Clause 3 says:
"No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

Ex-post facto laws upset a previously established relationship and are specifically forbidden by the U.S. Constitution.

BTW, The Affordable Care Act is also ex post facto.
Therefor the ACA is null and void because it violates Article 1 Section 9 Clause 3.

Any government offical (elected or appointed) that says otherwise can be charged with an act of treason as per Article 3 Section 3 Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution and that included members of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Article 3 Section 3 Clause 1 - "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Any two Witnesses can do this ... you, me, grandma or anyone who witnesses the same overt act.
That is the power of "We the people ..."
Now if all the corrupt politicians would stand behind Obama, and if he then signs the E.O., then the treason charges also would automatically attach to them because they were in league with it.
