Probably would of been true... in the 1950's. lol Apparently the black guy tried to pull something out of his pocket just before the guy practically floored it to get out of there. I don't see how that'd be legal to do if you're not looking to get some help such as get a flat tire changed quickly and safely.

Theblaze didn't interview the guy. This isn't anything new for that area to be honest. Growing up in that area I can tell you theres a lot that never reaches mainstream that should.

Ran out of gas and used the cones .. I always have orange cones in my car and try and shut down a major roadway by blocked the road to stop people to make me help .. don't think so
