Now, get lost in the wonder of "now".
Watch all of this complex shit with detached amusement. Let it play before your senses. Enjoy it, "good" or "bad"... it just is.

We will inevitably feel pain from time to time. how does one remove her/himself from pain? Take physical pain for example. There have been millions of people tortured or killed in horrible ways in human history. How could they have removed themselves from that while in that moment? Yes, I know that is not 'now', but it is a potential 'now'. It may sound fucked up, but i have tried to experiment with physical pain. Intentionally causing high pain situations for myself. Observing it as just another feeling. I even do this with itchy skin, trying not to scratch it and just observe the itch. Maybe it is something you have to master? because it still hurts/itches like fuck.
