How NIH Hopes to Make Running Global Clinical Trials Easier for Everyone
The National Institutes of Health's (NIH) National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has launched a new website meant to make complying with clinical trial regulations around the world substantially easier.
The tool, quietly launched by the agency last month, is known as ClinRegs ( [link to clinregs.niaid.nih.gov] ). As described by NIAID officials, it's an "online database of country-specific clinical research regulatory information designed to save time and effort in planning and implementing clinical research."

NIH/NIAID just happens to be the same entity screaming about how they will probably have to use "THE" vaccine on entire countries to stop this (overhyped) ebola outbreak...

And NIH just so happens to be teamed up with the notorious vaccine manufacturer GSK creating an Ebola vaccine, and their vaccine so far has been doing clinical trials in the US, UK, Mali & other areas in West Africa, and is being MASSIVELY FAST-TRACKED as one of the top front running vaccines being considered for mass public consumption.

Health Minister Rona Ambrose said trials are moving at “unprecedented speeds,” but critics slam government for not acting faster amid deadly outbreak.
That second experimental vaccine is being produced by pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline alongside the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and human trials have already started in Africa.

And go figure another large company has decided to hop onboard ("collaborate") with GSK/NIH to help better mass produce their poison... I mean Ebola vaccine in the coming year.

Johnson & Johnson said Wednesday that its goal is to produce 1 million doses of a two-step vaccine next year, and is already collaborating with Britain’s GlaxoSmithKline, Reuters reports.
The two companies could combine their vaccines and support each other’s work, while other companies are volunteering to provide production capacity. “I have spoken with (GlaxoSmithKline chief executive) Andrew Witty over the past few days several times as colleagues on how we are going to solve this,” Johnson & Johnson U.S. research chief Stoffels told reporters. “It might even be that we have to combine their vaccine with ours.”

And the NIH/GSK/J&J ebola vaccine is now expected to be used on up to 20,000 people (many of which are frontline healthcare workers) starting in Q1 2015... ALL WHILE STILL BEING IN THE TRIAL PHASE (this 20,000 dose injection is going to be part of the phase 3 clinical trials, before the vaccine is even approved)...

One of the vaccines that Kieny mentioned, Okairos AG, is being developed by the US National Institutes of Health and GlaxoSmithKline from a modified chimpanzee-cold virus and an Ebola protein. It is being made in Rome, according to GSK, with clinical trials under way in Britain and Mali.

And all this completely planned shit is part of a larger agenda, which is called the Global Vaccine Action Plan, a Gate Foundation funded program which is endorsed by 194 member states with the goal of global immunization of the population worldwide by the year 2020.

The plan was the result of a global collaboration involving governments and elected officials, health professionals, academic institutions, vaccine manufacturers, nongovernmental organizations, and civil society organizations. Each of the agencies/companies (ranging from vaccine companies such as GSK to institutions such as the NIH, and extending all the way out to the WHO and various other UN NGOs such as UNICEF, Save The Children, the Red Cross and so on) each have their own framework for the GVAP agenda and what they refer to as "The Decade Of Vaccines".

... those are some of the primary initial ones (as well as the DoD which has been a big player in this as well), more companies/agencies/NGOs/governments... are being added to the plan during different phases as it is being rolled out (such as Johnson & Johnson out of nowhere collaborating with GSK/NIH which is just one of many examples).
