5. Data being forwarded to the ODNI currently does NOT include Ebola keyword info pulls from NSA, but DOES include a constantly updated operational separation layouts from DHS, which are then coordinated among three other agencies. Control measures do not involve prevention of spread, only buffer zone placement between EGD's and public.

6. There is significant reason to conclude that there are interests that would benefit from the failed attempt to control Ebola. Using economic vitality as an excuse , flights are staying open. I'm not sure what it means. Several people on the original thread proposed ideas on what it means. The OP said he was not going to post any other hints, clues, etc. So we are left to guess.
