For My Fellow Canadians: The Reason Behind The False Flag Attacks in Montreal & Ottawa - Justification For Amending The CSIS Act
For anyone who cares, all of this shit in Canada right now is being done so they can make questionable updates to a piece of Canadian legislation called the "CSIS Act" which was being talked about just prior to these 2 recent attacks took place.

Bill proposed to give CSIS tools to investigate, track and prosecute potential terrorists
Blaney says the CSIS Act, which was created in 1984, is now outdated and needs to be adapted to allow agents to better operate and investigate threats to our national security from abroad.
“The threat from terrorism is now more complex and diffuse. Now more than ever a motivated individual or group of extremists with access to technology can do significant harm to Canada from thousands of miles away,” said Blaney. “Threats to our security do not stop at our border. That’s why CSIS must have the tools it needs to investigate threats to the security of Canada originating abroad.”

The problem however was the new extreme updates were not being well received by the masses and experts which felt that the new CSIS Act updates were not required and would likely face intense scrutiny and pose many constitutional challenges, among other things.

Experts cautious about boost in powers for spy agency
The federal government will face intense scrutiny – perhaps even a constitutional challenge – when it introduces legislation to give its spies more legal powers, say experts on the work of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.
Public Safety Minister Steven Blaney Thursday announced that amendments will come as early as next week to the act governing CSIS, the country’s spy agency.
...
Blaney said the government will amend the CSIS Act in two ways.
One measure would let CSIS work more closely with its allies in the “Five Eyes” spy network, which is made up of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. This would allow CSIS to obtain information from the others on Canadians fighting abroad with terror groups, and would allow it to help another Five Eyes country track its nationals working with terror groups in Canada.
A second measure would give CSIS informants the same anonymity that already exists for police sources, who are not subject to cross-examination and can have their identities hidden, even from trial judges.

But no worries... by coincidence (of course), just days later, 2 separate events/attacks take place in Canada that tie directly into this new CSIS Act legislation, helping to give it added justification in the public eyes JUST prior to being introduced...

Now the CSIS Act amendments will pass without any problems at all, and will likely happen in the next few days, with little to no pushback, and we are to see all this as just a coincidence of course...

whatever

Anyways... I actually expected something like this to happen, but expected them to stick with the "beheading" theme they have been going with for the US & Britain, but in the end this minor Canadian tweak to the overall op fits directly in line with the others...

Posted Sept 30, 2014:
CIA planted the American journalist beheading of James Foley.
Mossad planted the American-Israeli journalist beheading of Steven Sotloff.
MI6 planted the British aid worker beheading of David Haines.

Each separate-yet-connected entity plant their required element using a controlled agent to be used as regional justification for intervention, using the same exact framework in each case.

It really is all just 1 big fucking joke for anyone paying attention.

Maybe we will see CSIS step in next with a Canadian asset "beheading" following the same damn pattern again.

Proposal for Canadian combat mission against ISIS coming soon, Stephen Harper indicates
No decision has been made, he said, but Prime Minister Stephen Harper left little doubt Tuesday that MPs will shortly be called upon to approve a government proposal to go to war against the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham.

Something like...

They probably don't even need it for Canada since we are not part of the primary arm (CIA/Mossad/MI6/Saudi Intel), but at this point I wouldn't put it past them to do it just for the added regional support it would help stir up, even if it wasn't required.

Again they tweaked it slightly from what I was expecting, but long story short I am not at all surprised by what recently happened here in Canada and how CSIS just happened to fit right into it all as expected.

[link to www.youtube.com (secure)]

And for anyone paying attention, this all fits into the bigger agenda at play, which was openly announced at the UN recently by David Cameron which refers to truthers as being just as much of a threat as ISIS, and helping to tie the 2 ideas together (ISIS=anti-government, Truthers=anti-government, therefor Truthers=ISIS).

It's all such a fucking joke...

Added:

Now they are saying the original CSIS Act discussion was to take place on the same day as the attack took place (how coincidental!).

Tories' intel agenda cause for concern
The government had planned on discussing revisions of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service act at the Conservative caucus on Wednesday. That discussion was postponed when a lunatic with a 30-30 had to be gunned down in the Hall of Honour.
[link to www.thestarphoenix.com]

And because of the attack, the original CSIS Act amendments are being expanded even further at the last minute.

Harper government hints at tougher anti-terror laws
The Conservative government suggested Friday it will bring in even tougher anti-terror powers than previously planned, as a highly charged week of violence left MPs emotionally drained and the opposition warning against a rush to legislative change.

Again, such a joke...

Added:

CSIS powers beefed up under new bill tabled by Steven Blaney
Bill C-44, as CBC News reported earlier, amends the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act to:
-Give CSIS more powers of surveillance "to more effectively investigate threats to the security of Canada."
Note: Conspiracy Theorists being included in this board definition of "threats" as stated at the UN by David Camron just a few weeks ago. This is basically the ability to target, investigate & arrest a so called "conspiracy theorists" who has not caused any crime.
-Give Canada's spy agency explicit authority to operate "within or outside Canada." This would allow the agency to share information on suspected Canadian terrorists abroad with members of the so-called "Five Eyes" group of countries — namely the U.S., U.K., Australia and New Zealand.
Note: Basically a merger with NSA/DHS (among others) allowing for much broader information sharing between the five eyes. Through this DHS could relay completely made up info to CSIS about a person in Canada, and CSIS would have to take the info as credible fact without question.
-Give "greater protection" to confidential sources without having to identify them in court proceedings, even to the judge.
Note: The ability for DHS to make up evidence against someone, relay it to CSIS, and the source of the "evidence" (DHS for example) doesn't need to ever be disclosed, even to the judge (and by judge they really mean 3 person tribunal, no jury involved).

The proposed bill would also:
-Allow for some exceptions, including disclosure of informants' identities "if the human source and the [CSIS] director consent to the disclosure of that information." The bill lays out the process by which a judge could order that an exception be made.
Note: The ability to selectively name informants identities when it suites their purpose (basically for the few legit arrests they will allow more info to be known (to add credibility/trust to their cause), but for the shady as fuck stuff this type of informant info will not be disclosed).
-Make it an offence to divulge any information that would lead to the disclosure of the identity of a CSIS employee "who was, is or is likely to become engaged in covert operational activities."
Note: The Ability for CSIS to legally carry out false flags using CSIS employees, due to the fact that it would be literally illegal to say that the terror suspect was working for CSIS even if it was a fact.

[link to www.cbc.ca]

More anti-terrorism measures coming
Today's proposed legislation has not been altered following Wednesday's assault on the National War Memorial and Parliament's Centre Block, CBC News has learned.
The ultimate goal of the bill is to give authorities greater power to deal with some of the Canadians already on a watch list who are considered most dangerous, sources say.
Note: I don't even want to think about the other shit they plan to pass with the second phase of bills related to this... All I know is they likely will require another attack of some sort before the next wave of anti-terrorism bills is tabled... stay alert Canada...

I was thinking it would be better if they didn't make a big announcement about how many soldiers are being sent to the Mid-East to take part in killing people. (it wasn't any more than a week ago that they said 100 or so were going to fight ISIS while still supporting the rebels trying to overthrow Syria) Not the best move IMO

RCMP brass says attacks are ‘difficult threats to detect’
The two Canadians who killed soldiers this week both wanted to go to Syria but brought terror home instead.
Before this week’s attacks, changes to the CSIS Act had already been announced, giving the service greater power to share intelligence on Canadian targets with the U.S., U.K., Australia and New Zealand — known as the “Five Eyes” allies. The new legislation, expected to be tabled next week, will also provide anonymity for CSIS human sources, in a similar fashion to that provided to informants for the RCMP or other police services.

Attack in Ottawa could increase calls to give CSIS more power
The Globe and Mail has learned that Ottawa officials are also talking about whether to give CSIS explicit legislative permission to engage in “threat-diminishment” – a power that the spy agency’s watchdog recently pointed out that CSIS uses, but the law doesn’t explicitly permit.
In Britain, the Home Secretary has already announced she will be seeking “Extremist Disruption Orders” – a new legal power to muzzle suspected extremists and prevent them from speaking out in public or on the Internet.

That this was a false flag event is almost certain.

Now the questions remain as to how this was done...

Was the soldier indeed killed? Was he innocent of the plot and was sacrificed?

Was the killer an informant of some sort? Was HE even killed?

As we've seen in the past, these psy-ops can happen in quite a few different scenarios.

Ya, I am not quite sure how many elements of this are real and how many are guided or fake but the whole thing stinks and its timing is far from a random coincidence.

Overall though this feels like Boston (public scripted event, mostly fake with minor real elements overlapped), Chris Dorner (targeting of police/military, suspect killed) & the recent White House Fence Jumpers (Parliament being Canada's version of the White House) all rolled into a single op.

I guess Canada is more efficient with their false flags it seems...

I know this might not seem very important to Americans since most of you look at Canada as Americas hat, and this event in itself wasn't that large scale, but the event isn't what should be focused on, the CSIS amendments which not only will pass now without issue, but are actually being EXPANDED further at the last minute should be where the focus is...

The basic jist is this CSIS amendment is designed to catch Canada up to the needed level of security protocols to match the US & Britain (Australia recently did similar if I am not mistaken... if not they will soon). The goal of this is to merge the "Five Eyes" (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States) to the needed level for the next phase of the agenda.

Fuck 2015 is not gunna be a fun year with the way things are going right now (after the mid-term elections shit is going to get really fucked up and fast...).

Canada Plans to Fast Track Controversial Anti-Terrorist Law
Canada has passed a number of new counter-terrorism legislation since the September 2001 attacks, however none have directly increased the spying and secrecy powers of the country's national intelligence agency.
Plans to enhance the CSIS Act was initially made in the name of fighting international terrorists such as the Islamic State group, and were announced last week to mixed reactions across the country. However, the recent events in Canada this week may have given Harper's Conservative government the extra push it required to convince Canadians of a need for new security legislation.
“This week is a grim reminder that Canada is not immune to the kind of terrorist attacks that we have seen throughout the world,” said the Prime Minister in an address to the Nation Wednesday night following the Ottawa shooting.

An easier solution is to deport all muslims, problem solved.

put out a nation wide message asking them leave, they have one month..

Failing to leave will result in being rounded up, put in detention camps, and sent back to their home origins.

We need to cut the cancer out of our societies, these people offer us nothing but strain on our system and potential terror.

If they stay, and claim they aren't muslim, force feed them pork to make sure. I won't have my handful of liberties striped because some whackos want to run around killing people in the name of allah.

I work in the oil patch in Alberta and listening to these dumb hillbilly rednecks I work with talk about this event and what we should do about it is truly disgusting. They fall for this simple psy-op hook, line and sinker.

Yet when I mention the history of false flags, the MO's of governments to control it's people, I'm made fun of. So be it, I'm just a dumb steamfitter, what do I know.

It's OK for the West to bomb and destroy, but if one lone gunman kills a soldier this nation freaks out. Now that's if the MSM accounts are true, which I highly doubt.

I wonder why those middle Eastern nation dislike us? (and it's not our freedoms)

Do you think it has anything to do with we continually bomb their weddings and funerals all in the name of freedom and democracy.

A couple of quotes "WE THE PEOPLE" should never forget!

Hey Canadians - once they take your rights, they will never give them back voluntarily. Don't fall for this scam!

The only real terror threat comes from our governments. An army of ISIS jihadists is not going to land on your shores and invade your country. Nor will they launch ICBMs at you.

It's all a trick to scare you into agreeing to give more and more surveillance power to the state. This power will eventually be used against YOU. You are the "terrorists" that the government fears.

Fight this usurpation of your freedom! Live free or die!

Re: For My Fellow Canadians: The Reason Behind The False Flag Attacks in Montreal & Ottawa - Justification For Amending The CSIS Act

[link to news.nationalpost.com]

Something like...
CSIS planted the Canadian [assigned asset position here (likely soldier)] beheading of [asset cover name here].

And for anyone paying attention, this all fits into the bigger agenda at play, which was openly announced at the UN recently by David Cameron which refers to truthers as being just as much of a threat as ISIS, and helping to tie the 2 ideas together (ISIS=anti-government, Truthers=anti-government, therefor Truthers=ISIS).

dont know why, but this reminds me of the month after 9/11 when Israeli mossad agents were caught in the Mexican c0ngress with explosives, trying to blow it up so mexico would join the wars for Israel too.

Yes, it's the usual FF bs, all towards an agenda that we will never hear about on mainstream news.

And whatever happened to the second shooter? All the FFs have an elusive "second shooter" who just seems to disappear into thin air.

Disappearing second shooter = False Flag

"Officials asked everyone to stay out of the city's downtown core for upwards of eight hours Wednesday while they searched for a potential second shooter in the attack.

Witnesses reported seeing at least one person open fire at the memorial and then run toward Parliament Hill.

Other witnesses reported numerous shots being fired at Parliament Hill as well. John McKay, a Liberal member of Parliament, said he believed he heard 10 shots.

Another shooting was reported at Rideau Centre, a shopping mall less than a mile away from the other sites."
