For My Fellow Canadians: The Reason Behind The False Flag Attacks in Montreal & Ottawa - Justification For Amending The CSIS Act

For anyone who cares, all of this shit in Canada right now is being done so they can make questionable updates to a piece of Canadian legislation called the "CSIS Act" which was being talked about just prior to these 2 recent attacks took place.

Bill proposed to give CSIS tools to investigate, track and prosecute potential terrorists
Blaney says the CSIS Act, which was created in 1984, is now outdated and needs to be adapted to allow agents to better operate and investigate threats to our national security from abroad.
“The threat from terrorism is now more complex and diffuse. Now more than ever a motivated individual or group of extremists with access to technology can do significant harm to Canada from thousands of miles away,” said Blaney. “Threats to our security do not stop at our border. That’s why CSIS must have the tools it needs to investigate threats to the security of Canada originating abroad.”

The problem however was the new extreme updates were not being well received by the masses and experts which felt that the new CSIS Act updates were not required and would likely face intense scrutiny and pose many constitutional challenges, among other things.

The federal government will face intense scrutiny – perhaps even a constitutional challenge – when it introduces legislation to give its spies more legal powers, say experts on the work of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.
Public Safety Minister Steven Blaney Thursday announced that amendments will come as early as next week to the act governing CSIS, the country’s spy agency.

One measure would let CSIS work more closely with its allies in the “Five Eyes” spy network, which is made up of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. This would allow CSIS to obtain information from the others on Canadians fighting abroad with terror groups, and would allow it to help another Five Eyes country track its nationals working with terror groups in Canada.
A second measure would give CSIS informants the same anonymity that already exists for police sources, who are not subject to cross-examination and can have their identities hidden, even from trial judges.

But no worries... by coincidence (of course), just days later, 2 separate events/attacks take place in Canada that tie directly into this new CSIS Act legislation, helping to give it added justification in the public eyes JUST prior to being introduced...

Now the CSIS Act amendments will pass without any problems at all, and will likely happen in the next few days, with little to no pushback, and we are to see all this as just a coincidence of course...



Anyways... I actually expected something like this to happen, but expected them to stick with the "beheading" theme they have been going with for the US & Britain, but in the end this minor Canadian tweak to the overall op fits directly in line with the others...

And for anyone paying attention, this all fits into the bigger agenda at play, which was openly announced at the UN recently by David Cameron which refers to truthers as being just as much of a threat as ISIS, and helping to tie the 2 ideas together (ISIS=anti-government, Truthers=anti-government, therefor Truthers=ISIS).

CSIS powers beefed up under new bill tabled by Steven Blaney
Bill C-44, as CBC News reported earlier, amends the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act to:
-Give CSIS more powers of surveillance "to more effectively investigate threats to the security of Canada."
Note: Conspiracy Theorists being included in this board definition of "threats" as stated at the UN by David Camron just a few weeks ago. This is basically the ability to target, investigate & arrest a so called "conspiracy theorists" who has not caused any crime.
-Give Canada's spy agency explicit authority to operate "within or outside Canada." This would allow the agency to share information on suspected Canadian terrorists abroad with members of the so-called "Five Eyes" group of countries — namely the U.S., U.K., Australia and New Zealand.
Note: Basically a merger with NSA/DHS (among others) allowing for much broader information sharing between the five eyes. Through this DHS could relay completely made up info to CSIS about a person in Canada, and CSIS would have to take the info as credible fact without question.
-Give "greater protection" to confidential sources without having to identify them in court proceedings, even to the judge.
Note: The ability for DHS to make up evidence against someone, relay it to CSIS, and the source of the "evidence" (DHS for example) doesn't need to ever be disclosed, even to the judge (and by judge they really mean 3 person tribunal, no jury involved).

The proposed bill would also:
-Allow for some exceptions, including disclosure of informants' identities "if the human source and the [CSIS] director consent to the disclosure of that information." The bill lays out the process by which a judge could order that an exception be made.
Note: The ability to selectively name informants identities when it suites their purpose (basically for the few legit arrests they will allow more info to be known (to add credibility/trust to their cause), but for the shady as fuck stuff this type of informant info will not be disclosed).
-Make it an offence to divulge any information that would lead to the disclosure of the identity of a CSIS employee "who was, is or is likely to become engaged in covert operational activities."
Note: The Ability for CSIS to legally carry out false flags using CSIS employees, due to the fact that it would be literally illegal to say that the terror suspect was working for CSIS even if it was a fact.

More anti-terrorism measures coming
Today's proposed legislation has not been altered following Wednesday's assault on the National War Memorial and Parliament's Centre Block, CBC News has learned.
The ultimate goal of the bill is to give authorities greater power to deal with some of the Canadians already on a watch list who are considered most dangerous, sources say.
Note: I don't even want to think about the other shit they plan to pass with the second phase of bills related to this... All I know is they likely will require another attack of some sort before the next wave of anti-terrorism bills is tabled... stay alert Canada...
