Is the one who is pooping one you already had or the new one?
Anyway it is a sign of stress so getting annoyed will only make her worse. She is a CAT for heavens sake so she is doing what cats do when stressed. Trying to make a big mark about what is her territory. She feels scared and threatened. She needs to feel secure.
I would also put a litter tray in the hallway for the time being.

Get each cat its own litter box. If that doesn't work, get each cat two litter boxes, one for pooping and one for peeing.
