For the good/bad cholesterol one needs to be very observant and very regular on blood tests... The liver is the key there. I guess you're talking about boiled eggs. We have here the debate about if fried eggs in olive oil are way healthier than boiled eggs, or if one must to take out the White stuff and eat only the yolk. :hmmm::eggs: No generally fried poached or scrambled with a good lump of butter with feta cheese and spinach thrown in at the end. Regular blood tests every 6 months, als take 12000mg fish oil a day |
