These airport questionnaires assume that people will tell the truth about being exposed to the virus, which Eric Duncan has proven to be false. These people will lie, cheat and steal to get out of those countries, ESPECIALLY if they have been exposed! And even if they don't have symptoms when the are on the planes, do we really want them to come into the country and later expose our medical people? There also needs to be a mandatory NO TRAVEL ORDER for anyone who has had direct contact with a symptomatic Ebola patient IN the U.S. as well. Until they figure out how these nurses are contracting it and put into place safety precautions that are proven to protect them! As a flight attendant, it infuriates me that there are daily reports of someone who has recently traveled from West Africa has Ebola symptoms on US soil. Thank god most are false alarms, but we can bring that number much lower with a mandatory quarantine. And don't even get me started on this nurse on Frontier airlines.
