You said it only works because one other person knows how it really works. How would that work with someone doing it independently without anyone knowing?
Would it not work then or would they have to be the one themselves who knew how it really worked on some subconscious level?
Imagine an introvert thinking they were making a secret pact with some entity and planning on keeping it their secret from the world.
Could the necessary dogma still work?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63835684 oh nah i was talking about ritual abuse. where theres always a victim. or like the rituals of killing someone together to form a bond. in what you discripe it could work in the sense of changing the persons beheavior because of new found thoughts/emotions/selfesteem. Im unsure of the dogma concept so i dont want to claim it as that. but thats just because ive only heard of the term and never really read into it. Quoting: T-Man You were specifically talking about secret societies and ritual as a control mechanism. Ok, gotcha. Dogma is just. [ link to en.wikipedia.org]
