They were fine in the morning, came home saying they felt hot and sweaty and their backs itched. Took a look and that is what I saw, that's in your picture. Good luck |

If it is bed bugs, you have a huge problem on your hands. It cost my sister 2 grand to get rid of the critters after my niece moved home from a really nice apartment bringing her stuff with her. I think you are a fucking piece of shit for asking here and NOT taking her to the doctor, or if you did, NOT letting us know. This is a molluscum. Look it up. It's what it is. And take your daughter to the fucking doctor. Quoting: jenjen09 61117560 Boy aren't you just a ray of sunshine? The OP stated she would be taking the child to the doctor in the AM, you must lack even the most basic reading comprehension skills. I am assuming you are not even a parent, or you would realize that when a child presents symptoms in the evening/night, MOST parents will start looking for a cause while waiting on a Doctor appointment. If you are a parent - what a horrible one you must be, to allow your own child to suffer through the night, without seeking possible relief for him/her until you can get in to see a doctor. Poor child - smh. I am a little unnerved though, that the OP posted this, promising to reply, has been back to the forum according to her profile, but chose not to respond. Not only is it rude, but makes one wonder if she really did seek treatment for her child..... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 63632265 United States 10/11/2014 02:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My 2 year old has this EXACT rash on her butt for a week now. No other symptoms until two days ago when she developed blisters on her tongue. Was told by doc it was a mild form of Coxsackie virus (aka Hand Foot and Mouth Disease). She had it really bad as a baby, so she still has some immunity left, hence the half-assed version this time. They said every kid will get different symptoms, some even have none at all. She just started pre-school and it's probably going around. Keep an eye in her mouth, and bottom of hands and feet. Your rash looks viral, and could literally be any virus. Without a fever, I wouldn't sweat it too bad. |

We have several here and only one that is great. I don't know where they get their doctors from, but they are excellent. Examine, talk, diagnose, solution. I wish they could be my regular doctor. I pray everything is alright, and she is not in any pain. Last Edited by Ms. Superduper on 10/11/2014 03:12 PM Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. However, I would say you should take her to ER as soon as possible and not waste time messing with that rash. I also don't want to scare you, however that being said I have a little experience with Hand Foot and Mouth, and also I would say with Enterovirus D-68 which many of you know I am a student on and post shite here all the time. It can cause a very similar type of rash, it also looks like hand foot and mouth as couple of kids have had this. Like I said with EV D-68 running around infecting people along with the border children bringing who knows what probably best to head to ER and mess around. Better Safe than Well you know the saying.
