well, a doctor is always best to determine skin disorders. But, since you asked, it looks like Molluscum Contagiosum.

Doesn't look like chickenpox. However, most rashes are the result of a virus. I wouldn't worry about it until you have reason to worry. If you recall, many times when you get a simple cold, you'll notice a few red itchy spots somewhere. She is probably coming down with a cold or something.

Sure doesn't look like bed bug bites. Best thing is to have it checked out. If it is bed bugs, you have a huge problem on your hands. It cost my sister 2 grand to get rid of the critters after my niece moved home from a really nice apartment bringing her stuff with her.

No, I don't think its bed bugs either.
Likely the beginnings of a virus (possibly chickenpox, but I doubt it) and will clear up in a few days. Do see the doctor though.

Re: This is on my daughters back.
Looks like acne dude. Pop one and find out what's inside. After that get a jewellers loupe and check the consistency of the pustulate. If it's not dissimilar to chunky nasal mucus, then it's something to actually worry about.
