I got 100 pounds of white rice just for variety, most of it is that hard as balls short brown, in individual 25 pound bags. Have about 1/4 ton.

I do understand that it's short on nutritional value, but would argue that carbs are carbs, and carbs are good when you need energy. If and when I have to spend the whole day slogging through the hammocks and swamps, checking trotlines and snares, a big steaming bowl of white rice in the morning will keep me going for quite a while.
