Oh bummer, you're only invited to movie nights that don't interest you:-) Very interesting though that you can control it!!! When I asked the other poster if they'd try to purposefully do it, I thought to myself, why haven't I? :-) I suppose I do know to calm myself, sometimes. It is like a calming, to control it that is. I think of it like a static discharge, which I guess it sorta is, you use your breathing and release it slowly. Just enough to disrupt its natural speed and direction. Like running water through a filter.( If that makes sense) That way it releases like a cloud instead of a lightning bolt. That can be difficult while talking to someone obvi but it can be done with practice. Any of y'all ever heard something in your house and got up quickly to investigate all ready for a confrontation and blew every light bulb you turned on along the way as soon as you flipped the switch? It just makes you rage and makes everything worse lol. (It was a drunk friend who couldn't make it home)
