I also find trying to control my mind and the negative thoughts is extremely hard at times, my mind keeps me awake at night. Yup, the struggle is real... However, I'm thankful for my health and the fact that I at least have a job :) SweetDee |

I find the more I learn, the less tolerant I become of others' stupidity. It's like bamboo under the fingernails to sit with some of these people through (supposedly) professional meetings and hear them talk incessantly about reality shows, their stupid phones or whatever sports distraction they're currently obsessed with. My real struggle is, I suppose, learning less contempt for those that live outside of the GLP bubble and the handful of like-minded friends I have. It's a journey, I suppose. EDIT: To add one more Dee gif :fw_cocaine: |

I know what you're saying and I dont blame you. I used to do the same thing, but now I chose not to. Just learn to accept life on life's terms, accept people for the way they are, we can't change them. The rest just falls into place and your day goes by much smoother. I have to remind myself sometimes 5 - 10 times/day about accepting life's terms. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54001054 Same.... slave to the money (but if you have a family to support like I do then you have no choice) P.S: My BOSS is one of the most asleep people I have EVER MET. ALL he talks about is money. "How much did you sell today?" is his version of "Good afternoon/Good evening/How are you today?" and when I hear him talk about politics and matters of this world I want to bang my head against the wall so harrrrd... he thinks he knows everything but in reality all he does is repeat what Fox news says as if it's the word of God (yes he's one of those).... Praise GOD. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 48670900 You need to get Vitamine K2 ! It is essential, and without it calcium get deposited in the soft tissues instead bones and teeth. Best food sources: Natto (Japanese stuff) then we have Miso soup. Gouda cheese (and some in brie cheese) and fermented stuff. |
