FLASH WalMart at Corry, pa, Having a Sewage Sale?

my lateral hasbeen filled up to the floor level, and nothing would open it so i finally had to call the plumber.

The city said it was me not them, of course, so why is WalMart having the same problem, that we know of 1?!?!- that makes it doubtfull that itis the taxpayer with the problem, but something the city has done, plus my neighbor said that ever since they "drained the fire plug", her kitchen sink drain has been sluggish.

Something rotten in Demark, here. YEAH YEAH.
