I think all the Ebola threads have dulled GLP's shiny.
'Fear' after all, leads blood from the brain to the muscles. That is why people often act irrationally when spooked, in fear, or highly stressed for long periods.
Critical thinking goes out the window, unless one knows how to hold their 'cool'...
'Don't panic' is an excellent piece of advice.

Someone is always on top of it. If you will... Shows the true power of 'word of mouth' and instantaneous 'audience'.
