You were doing really good until you started with literal Israel which has nothing to do with end time prophecies. It is spiritual Israel, the bride of Christ that the prophecies apply to. And the 1000 year reign isn't on earth, it's in heaven after Jesus comes.

I agree with most of your post, modern Israel was "birthed" to confuse the people of this world.
You see the fruits of literal Israel, it was built by bankers.
God would not approve of this bullshit.

Dispensationalism is a blasphemy. You're a false prophet peddling theology invented in the 1830s. You're going to hell.

God tells us that Israel exists before the great tribulation.

Not only that, but there will be a gog magog war before the millennial reign that involves Israel, gathered from the nations; and after that world ALL of the Israels will then return.

Additionally he says, in end times no one will defeat Israel - so we know these renigades won't, but they try. So why did God say this if there would be no more wars?

Here is a quick synopsis of it (many go into much more detail than this - which I posted as a three part series by Joel Rosenberg in this thread):

There will be a Gog Magog war (Ezekiel 38) that starts with God putting a hook in the enemies jaw, drawing them down to attack Israel - subsequently God supernaturally destroying them, so ALL heathen, and Israel finally recognize God and fulfillment of the promise that NOW All Israelis return from the 4 corners of the earth. Ezekiel 39:25.

Ezekiel 38

4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:

5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:

6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.

7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.

8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?

Essentially says - don't you realize I am protecting them?

Ezekiel 39

21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.

23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.

24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.

25 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;

Isaiah 54 (no one will defeat Israel)

15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.

16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Yes - in answer to both questions.

He gives us several parables in Mathew 24 - why it is essential to watch for his coming, and how vital in Mathew 25 parable of the 10 virgins to keep the spiritual oil lamp burning.

Noah's efforts in building the ark were a testament to his faith in God. Many thought his doing this was pure folly, until the floods came.

Same today. Many criticize christians for their faith in Jesus, thinking it is pure folly.

One would think all the signs We are getting today would be enough - but.......

I am amazed at cultures that permit the taking of child brides and justify it because it is a cultural thing.

Jesus said - don't harm the hair of a child's head.

There is nothing in the world that should permit one to ravage a child like this except true perversion and debauchery.

One such culture is India.

And I am told we should emulate this culture of rape, savagery, and perversion by people on this site.

We are at the end folks. 2 tim 3

Get a grip. The elites have been making all the events from revelations all happen and then people go Oh look the 7 horseman and 666 and all that stuff. It is a control mechanism for past 2000+yrs to keep people enslaved into giving their responsibilities to Jesus so he can pay the bills instead of themselves.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56438558

And I am sure that in the 6 day war - Israel agreed to be attacked by all her neighbors, AND all her neighbors agreed to give up their land when they lost to Israel.

Hmmm - don't think so.

God protected them

Also, watch for the gog magog war.

God promises us miracles that no man can do, just so he settles it once and for all - he's in control and not little man.

You give "them" way too much credit.

Haven't added a new prophecy in quite some time:

He (satan) sought to change times and laws.

That's been going on for awhile now.

First before christ has been renamed common era and after christ the after common era.

There have been other changes I'll go into.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63945462

Are people changing the "law" - when the rewrite the bible?

For instance - books like the koran, mormons book, etc

So you believe it is men who direct the course of history? It is to some degree. However, when the bible tells us something is going to happen - it is.

Read Isaiah 54:15-17 where God says no one will defeat Israel. Well no one will.

Take the 6 day war for instance. The odds were completely stacked against Israel. But she won nevertheless.

Did Israel and the "arab" countries surrounding her agree they were going to have a war? No.

Did the arabs agree to lose the war and give up Jerusalem - no, or for that matter a lot of land, they are now fighting to have Israel return? No

So how did men decide this was going to be how things are and God had nothing to do with it.

It was a miracle Israel won. Like I said, the odds were stacked against her and she was conceding it was over, before it started.

Zephaniah 3

Verses 14-20: The messianic era of millennial blessing and restoration is described.

The ten tribes, as Kimchi and Ben Melech interpret it; which shall now return and all Israel shall be saved (Rom. 11:26) and therefore just cause of shouting, and of keeping a jubilee on that account.

Just as God tells us at the end of gog magog war - NOW All Israelis will return. Ezekiel 39:21
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63865455

Zephaniah 3:14 “Sing, ...shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O child of Jerusalem."

"Sing, ....": The congregation of Israel, as the Targum; the church of Christ in Gospel times, which has great reason to sing and rejoice, because of the coming of Christ, redemption by him, and all other benefits and blessings of grace.

Because of the Gospel, and the ordinances of it, and the numbers of souls converted, both among Jews and Gentiles; especially the church in the latter day is here called upon to sing for joy, when the Jews will be converted; to which these words and what follow relate.....
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63904059

Verses 15-17: The basis for rejoicing in verse 14 is that Israel’s day of judgment is past and her King is residing in her midst. His departure just prior to Nebuchadnezzar’s destruction of the temple is graphically depicted in Ezek. 8 – 11; but He will return as Lord and Messiah, a fact so glorious that it is repeated in verse 17.

Zephaniah 3:15 "The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, [even] the LORD, [is] in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more."
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63945462

"Thou shalt not see evil any more": The evil of affliction or punishment; the evil of captivity, disgrace, and contempt. This shows that this prophecy does not respect the Babylonish captivity, and deliverance from that. For, since that time, they have seen evil by Antiochus Epiphanies, in the times of the Maccabees; and by the Romans.

And have had a large and long experience of it; but when they are converted, and returned to their own land in the latter day, all their afflictions and troubles will be at an end, they will know them no more. The Vulgate Latin version renders it, "thou shalt not fear evil any more". So the Targum, "thou shalt not be afraid from before evil any more.

The following Scripture is about the very same thing.

Hebrews 8:12 "For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more."

They are forgiven and restored.

Revelation 12:10 "And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night."

Another way of saying - no one will defeat Israel in end times.

Zephaniah 3:16 "In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: [and to] Israel, Let not thine hands be slack."

"In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, fear thou not": Do not be afraid of any enemies; neither outward ones, the armies of Gog and Magog, the Turk, who will threaten, and will attempt to dispossess them of their land, now returned to it.

Nor inward and spiritual enemies, sin, Satan, death, and hell, being all vanquished and subdued by Christ. This will be said, not by the enemies themselves, who will confess they have no power to stand before the mighty God, as Aben Ezra; but either by the prophets of the Lord, or by the people themselves.

Yes op I also believe we are living in the end times. I believe that the Antichrist will use humanism and the belief that man is equal to god in order to bring about a one world religion. Also I can't help but notice all of the bible story movies that Hollywood is suddenly releasing. I wonder if they are trying to mock Christians. Also as believer myself I admit that I struggle with the idea of the rapture. Do you believe it to be a literal rapture of Christ's followers?

This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will put an end to the hordes of Egypt by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. He and his army—the most ruthless of nations— will be brought in to destroy the land. They will draw their swords against Egypt and fill the land with the slain. I will dry up the streams of the Nile and sell the land to evil men; by the hand of foreigners I will lay waste the land and everything in it. I the LORD have spoken.

Yes

It is based mostly on these verses in Mathew 24:

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched

So, from the prophecy we discern the following:

Egypt would be desolated for 40 years (Ezekiel 29:12)
By Nebuchadnezzar (Ezekiel 29:18, 30:10)
It was desolated after Ezekiel's last prophecy against her in his 27th year of exile. (Ezekiel 29:18)
After the 40 years, Egypt will be a lowly Kingdom. (Ezekiel 29:14)

When did this happen? From the Bible record we can only assume it happened shortly after Ezekiel said Nebuchadnezzar was given Egypt as compensation for his attack on Tyre. Interestingly, secular chronology agrees. An ancient clay tablet now residing in the British Museum, known as the Nebuchadnezzar Inscription, talks about Nebuchadnezzar's action against Egypt in his 37th year. That would be two years after Ezekiel said Egypt would be given to Babylon by Jehovah.

As you can see from our chart, in the 607-based chronology, Ezekiel makes his prophecy in 590 BCE, and Nebuchadnezzar's 37th year is two years later in 588 BCE when he attacks Egypt. We can assume the Nebuchadnezzar Inscription is correct on this point, because it agrees with our Biblical chronology. So Egypt's 40-year desolation begins in that year.

Counting 40 years hence, we come to the year 548 BCE as the end of Egypt's desolation, when Jehovah would “bring back the captive group of the Egyptians” for them to become a “lowly kingdom”. Indeed, secular chronology also records that the last Babylonian King Nabonidus held an alliance against the Persians with Amasis II, the King of Egypt, in addition to the Lydian Empire. So far from being a competing world power, Egypt is now a “lowly Kingdom” just as the Bible said, resorting to military alliances with its previous opponent.

Re: All prophecies the bible says will happen in End Times are happening or almost completed at present
Periodically, I pick an item in the list and comment on its relevancy in today's world.

One of these items is:

James 5:3
Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

If you've been keeping up with the economic uncertainty of our times you find the wealthy are taking measure such as purchasing real estate and item at auctions for outrageous prices. Their buying gold silver anything they think
will preserve their wealth should the system collapse.

That's exactly what they are doing - heaping treasures for last days.

But, like the bible says it won't do them any good.

Here's an excerpt that explains it:

The teaching of the four blood moons has recently captivated the attention of the religious world. This teaching states that, when four consecutive blood moons fall on Jewish feast days, a major event affecting the Jewish people will occur in close proximity to that time.

This phenomenon of four consecutive blood moons coinciding with Jewish feast days has only occurred ten times since 1 AD and only three times since 1492 AD. The three times since 1492 are as follows:

Tetrad of 1493-1494
Tetrad of 1949-1950
Tetrad of 1967-1968

Major events affecting the Jewish people have occurred in close proximity to all three of these tetrads.

The Spanish Inquisition Took Place in 1492 Just Before the Tetrad of 1493-1494

In 1492, King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Spain gave the Jewish population a mere four months to convert to Catholicism or leave the country. It is estimated that between 165,000 and 400,000 Jews fled the country at this time. As many as 50,000 decided to stay, converting to Roman Catholicism.

....

Four Blood Moons Just Ahead

Four blood moons on Jewish feast days are getting ready to appear for the fourth time in the last 500 years. According to NASA, they will occur on:

April 15, 2014—Passover
October 8, 2014—Feast of Tabernacles
April 4, 2015—Passover
September 28, 2015—Feast of Tabernacles

Some prophecy teachers are declaring boldly that this tetrad just ahead signals that something is getting ready to happen, which will change the world forever.

I just wanted to point out that the person who wrote this tried to second guess God by predicting something that would happen during a blood moon event. As usual God does not follow our prophecies - we follow his!!

I know all about the Blood Moons. Started a thread about it here in 2008.

44023154 said they are significant.

I asked 44023154 what do they signify? Sign?
