I understand them saying "just a precaution" and all that, but why would this man just show there SAYING he's from Africa? That doesn't make any sense unless he was IN africa and thinks he has ebola..

trying to get intel... the area they reference between downtown and LSU is predominately african american in composition. Close to downtown, its a very poor and run-down area, and the closer you get to LSU campus, there is a higher density of apartment complexes and student housing. Will post more if I hear anything

there's an old saying: give a kid a hammer and everything looks like a nail. I think we're going to see a lot of people thinking they have ebola and running to the nearest hospital. Better to err on the side of caution I guess but I can see where the medical staff is going to be overwhelmed in a hurry.

I imagine that this story will unfold mirroring how the virus operates.

It attacks for awhile.

This man could have been on one of the flights with Duncan. Who knows? It has been about the right amount of time for those people to have symptoms. Lovely!
