anyones firefox running poorly

Perhaps it's some plugin you have, extensions and such

You can try uninstalling it and deleting the folder with the settings, fresh start

yep i noticed my high speed aint any more...prolly cuz you hang out here.

Mine seems ok, although yesterday the Rense site was really slow.

it's alright, but there isn't a perfect browser out there right now. Opera glitches, firefox is probably the best of them, but not perfect, and internet explorer... well I just don't like it.

Interesting thread! I NEVER have issues with FireFox - until this morning. Was working fine on my local paper site, yahoo ok, then pulled up GLP and for some reason the dang thing totally locked up. Not just locked up, couldn't even KILL it. Would not die. Finally had to reboot the computer.

I thought it was the oddest thing!

No problems this afternoon though.

No - but thunderbird has been seriously sucking for quite some time now - bar buttons don't work....counts all incoming mail for the day and says they're all in the in box unread - even if you've read and deleted them.....slow as a wet week to load the inbox. Can't check for new mail without clicking on another box and then going back into in box
