During this Eid, we remember our father, prophet Abraham(PBUH) willingness to sacrifice his son Ishmael for Allah(SWT). God was so pleased with Abraham that He made the prophet sacrifice a goat instead. That is why Muslim slaughters goat time of year. We use to meat to feast or donate it to the poor and hungry. |
