Yay, chicon tao EAS INDEED ONTO SOMETHING!

As most of us know, the past few years have taken a toll on us, on our minds, bodies, and spirits. It's been rough on our psyches which most people do know, because we've seen evidence of it in the world of people at large....suicide rates skyrocketing is not the least of it. It has indeed taken a toll on us.

Now that I've retired, I've formulated my own way of doing energy work with others, and I've been enjoying doing the work....heh, I was "built" to do energy work.

The thing is, I've noticed two areas that seem to be taking the brunt of the fallout from the past few years, our solar plexus chakra is highly challenged and shut down, and our inner children are a mess, needing attention....I have "seen" some incredibly sad inner children through my energy work. Not every single person I've worked with, but enough to know there is a problem many of us might need to address.

I myself need to practice energetic hygiene weekly with my solar plexus, because if left unchecked, I eventually fall apart at the seams. It took 2-3 times of me falling apart at the seams to get with practicing energetic hygiene weekly, and I haven't fallen apart at the seams since.

My inner child did show me it was suffering about two months ago, and that just about killed me....our inner children are a very important part of our psyches. They are tied in with us being able to feel joy. I know some of you will scoff at having an inner child, but please try and understand their role in your psyche....THEY ARE ALSO VERY IMPORTANT WITH REGARD TO OUR QUALITY OF LIFE. They are indeed a part of why and how we can feel joy.

Given I know some of us are not energy sensitive, nor know their bodies and psyches well, and even if we do, we've been so shoved out of shape, we don't notice the compromisation. It has gotten to the point we're just thinking "same shit, different day".

This is why I'm posting this thread, so you have a headsup, and you can look into those areas yourself.

For my inner child, I got a coloring book and crayons, and I colored....heh, I paid attention to her. All has been well with her since. In fact, I "saw" her yesterday before I closed out a session. She was skipping through a field of daisies, with her trademark bunch of red posies in her hand, just beaming a big ole smile at me. Trust me, I'm very happy she is happy.

Our inner child is like I've said, a very important part of our psyches. Find something "child-like" to do for yourself....I saw one client's inner child wanting to play with little Matchbox cars, looking so sad, and I suggested this person get a whole race track to play with.

You think it's silly?....stop that. They are extremely important. Play with your inner child, and you'll find you feel a bit better. You may even be able to find some joy for yourself.

I've got to look into how a lay person might address their solar plexus before posting about that. Given I'm energy sensitive, I just know what to do, but I know some of you don't, so give me a bit to explore that.
