It is interesting that people say they want the Lord to come back. They cry beg scream for him to come back. Say this is the end times. The rapture is near. When they realize it means we will live the way you suggest? That they would have to give up their material possessions. That they would have to WORK harder than they ever had in their office jobs. When they realize what it means to live In God's Kingdom? That we would not have the conveniences of mans Kingdom they quickly shut up and say never mind. They do not really want to do God's will.

The meek SHALL indeed inherit the EARTH. Meaning the jerks and those not willing to give up their toys go Buh Bye. Those of us willing to live this way get to stay.

The Kingdom of Heaven is not filled with Iphones and Toys that falsely make us happy. It is filled with all that we need to live happily though.

"And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." Matthew 19:24

Thy Kingdom come when thy Will is done. Nobody really want to do Gods true will. Nobody want to give their things up.
