Just to be clear. This "festival" is not about having fun. It was originally started to "burn an effigy" on "summer solstace". That is as simple as I can boil it down to. DO not try to say this is normal, and do not say it is just some "statement" against societal norms. Summer solstace holds a meaning, as does everything we do and when we do it.

Even from inception, the people behind this were going against the grain: they formed the suicide club that turned into cacophony society. Their "new" norms they made up sound reminiscent of what is on those ever so mysterious stones in Georgia. Why wouldn't "pranksters" with an agenda and FUNDS such as this put ritual type stones, arranged in a certain order, and to express their agenda.

I read a post that stated a great many "christians" and "religious" folk are attending these "festivals" yearly, and are "wayward" or perhaps on the edge of their faith. I do hope that this event is not the catalyst that will lead them straight into the pit of hell.
