EXCLUSIVE: Crash Witness Says Tony Stewart Could Not Have Avoided Hitting Other Driver

If his conscience was clear he would have gone to the funeral and offerd his condolences in person, if he were a real man.

This witness didn't even see what happened he was driving his own car a few cars behind Stewart.

And where, pray tell, did I, personally, "smear" Kevin Ward. If you think that, then you haven't been reading my posts very well.

It is an unfortunate tragedy, but Kevin Ward SHOULD NOT HAVE been on the track THAT close to the traffic. That should in NO WAY harden people's hearts against the Ward family. But it also, in NO WAY excuses YOUR behavior and YOUR accusations, either.

As I've said before, I certainly hope it leads to these tracks FINING the drivers if they get out of the vehicle before the safety crew gets there. I certainly didn't like Dale, Sr., as I thought he was an arrogant, "dirty" driver, but was STILL devastated when he was killed. The GOOD thing that came out of that was the mandatory HANS devices.

Edit to say: Yeah, I could only WISH I was paid!! The truth is much simpler, and is in one of my other posts: Tony Stewart is getting a bum rap.

There are many cases in which the emotions are high, and it would simply NOT be a good idea. This is one of them. That's nothing but plain common sense!!

And I think the prosecutors and cops have a whole lot more evidence than anybody else does. And they have YET to bring criminal charges. IF they get the evidence, they will. Simple as that.

I sorta figured this too, but I grew up around racing.

He may very well be an arrogant hothead (but many highly competitive people are this way) still doesn't make him a murderer. I knew some high achievers, that could be arrogant hotheads (situationally not consistently). They had their good points too. They never killed anyone.

Well, the fact of the matter is that his words are being "twisted" as well. At least we've gotten a bit of a look at Boris the Cat/Animal's motives. And he/she is obviously very emotionally subjective. Perhaps a relative? Who knows?

Well, obviously you haven't read all my posts. Particularly the ones where I have given other posters the opportunity to post evidence to back up the accusations they make. All but one have failed to. And the one that did, failed to respond several times when I told him I disagreed, why, and pointed to the EXACT evidence that I was using to back up my statement. I'm trying to be "objective" about the whole thing. But it's getting hard to NOT be "driven" to the other side by the prevailing prejudice.

And it really begs the question: If you're "sick of hearing about it all", then why are you posting here, much less clicking into the thread. The title makes it perfectly clear what it's all about. And even I knew the shills would arrive.... LOL
