My name is TheMaBop. I am a Dutch artist working and living around the globe. Besides making music, I paint art, design stuff for a living and I seem to be good with computers. I was born somewhere in October of the year 1978 in the best city in the world: Groningen. After living in the Netherlands as a kid, working, traveling and living all over the globe as an adventurist, I decided (somewhere at the beginning of this century, about 10 years ago) to move to the Caribbean to settle there for a while. The friendly island of St. Maarten (SXM - Dutch West Indies) is where I lost my heart and where my home (Philipsburg) is nowadays. At this moment (August 2014) I am back in Groningen for a while to work on various new productions together with Mr. RobinGrownTear, my partner in musical crimes. Robin is from Sensor City (Assen) Drenthe. Some of my music is for sale at BeatPort, Itunes, Spotify and Amazon (google it). I am available for bookings / projects and record companies!!
