From the inside of the planet that was put there at creation, then we had a big flood where the:
Genesis 7:11 ¶ In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

that in turn put all the water up on the surface of the planet.

You can even see the cracks from where they broke open in the sea floor, here's an example the mid atlantic ridge: [link to www.zonu.com]

Since there are hundreds of billions of planets out there in our galaxy alone, (conservative estimate) that's a mighty bold statement!

Wut? All those noob "Astronomers" suspect that the whole planet is made of mostly water. But it’s not like any water you’ve ever seen.

But they are braian damage, WHY? The temperature at the cloud tops of Uranus is 57 K (-357 F), and that temperature increases as you go down at a very predictable rate.

It’s believed that the temperature at the center of Uranus is about 5,000 K. Liquid water can’t survive those kinds of temperatures without boiling away, unless you hold it under huge pressure. The water should be a vapor, but the heat and pressure turns it into a superheated liquid.
