Right before labor day. before the congress returns to Washington DC, Watch for the Ebola to get loose. (Whether it really does or not doesn't matter; The Feds Will SAY it is loose.) Then Obama can tell congress to stay home, can suspend the federal government and the elections, and declare martial law for life. Think it can't happen?
