This company is a typical global independent company. I wonder how much of the profit it's making that actually goes to Ukraine.

Just a quick look at the board, and you will see it been through a recently take over. The whole lot in the board are as newly appointed as may 2013. The head of the board has previously worked for Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch which pretty much says it all.
