My gut instinct told me it was a fake story with all the 17s surrounding it and other odd things I saw so I didn't pay any attention to the story, sorry. To me, its fake and considering it isnt even an option. I don't feel comfortable having the media telling me what to think.

I find the idea that an industry as large and diverse, not to mention the related military implications, would be either able (or even interested for that matter) to have such discussions and make such changes without it becoming public knowledge in very, very short order.

You think it matters who finds out after this event or what the state of the world would look like? Do you really think that those that are around in the aftermath of such an event, were it to occur, would worry much about which part faces north or south? You think that their texts which speak of huge earthquakes and floodings don't know what they are saying? You think that such events occurrences can't be excused away as the very causes of the pole shift? You think you would know or even care in the aftermath of such an event which place is north or south?

Don't also forget that all those scientists you speak of at anoint this time would have no power or means of spreading their message. The world is turned on its head during this period.

The last japan earthquake was said to have shifted the planet by some degree. And finally, you think an airliner could be said to have dissapaered in this day and age and the world would believe no one could really find it? Just letting you know how much we don't know.
