MH17 and the CIA

Evidence is now mounting that the airliner was shot down by the Ukrainian military and not by a ground to air missile. See this: [link to www.whatdoesitmean.com] In this link they also explain the CIA involvement. CIA fingerprints are all over the operation.
Also, from another source there is a video of chaff falling from the sky at the time, and this is the signature of military jets who are trying to avoid getting hit by the missile they have just launched.
