Did you know there is no Devil or Satan in Native American beliefs? Only names given by the Christian crusaders who comitted genocide on these peoples. Take a look at the video again. Note all those dance styles where they contort their bodies in weird poses? Compare those images with those of demons. Human head with spiders body, a hand growing out of the head.

I don't disagree that dance can be used in rituals. But you are judging a specific style of dance because it looks ugly to you. You are judging without knowing the intent.
Being able to contort ones body for the most part is an excersise in flexibility. I have respect for poppers and breakers that innovate and add new elements to their dance styles. They do it for fun. You yourself said dance could be used for good or evil.
So why do you state this style of dance is evil when admittedly you agree that it's about the intent, not dance itself.
The kids that dedicate their lives to dance at a high level usually stay out of trouble. They devote so much time to their skill avoid falling into other pitfalls and have a chance at being a productive member of society. Now if they are in some ritual dance with Madonna then you have a point.
But you cannot broad brush an entire style of dance as satanic simply because it doesn't look beautiful to you.
