you fall asleep and aren't fully awake.
I'd see a dr about that, you coudl have narcolepsy, and falling asleep while driving is dangerous!

I do take medication during the day to stay alert, I just don't take medications at night for my sleep, as the only option my doctor gives me is the date rape drug.
