...Is it REALLY a sleep disorder?...or is that what the doctors have drilled in your head?  Think about it. No harm in trying to rid your life and location of any ghosts or demons that are following you. You have discussed classic symptoms of paranormal phenomenon. Quoting: Useless Cookie Eater Every 2 years I have a MLST sleep study done. In every sleep study I have shown the signs of narcolepsy. I go into my REM sleep within 10 minutes of closing my eyes to sleep, and spend most of my sleeping hours in REM sleep. I do not regulate my sleep patterns as a "normal" person would. During the day I am always exhausted, and tend to have sleep attacks. I also have cataplexy which tends to come out if I am laughing really hard. I call them sleep attacks because I often look like I am sleeping but I am not. I am actually quite awake but I can not move. Its narcolepsy. As for the sleep paralysis My doctors have told me they are common with narcoleptics. They offered me a drug to take to reduce them but I cant bring myself to take it. I would rather not take GHB. Again...can't hurt to get a second opinion and BE SURE it is in no way paranormal related. Your call and life though. Sleep paralysis doesn't cause stereos to turn on, doors being slammed, chairs knocked over, and your cat to be frightened. Your problem is that you are in denial and not taking care of the real problem, a demon. Stop giving excuses. These are all classic signs of demons, they also sit on peoples chest. I know, I've been around demons, and I have gotten rid of them.
