"You do not want this filed or reported, do whatever it takes to appease the individual".( Including initiating pull over)-horn He lied, sped, and used cellular phone. Then he said he could not remember. Imagine looking at the cell phone record with a sherrif, filing a report, and verifying everything that occured. One step away. The officer was on the attack from the get-go. This has to change. The officer tried to instill the idea that he initiated the stop and backed it by a clean inspection, that did not actually occur. The officer was stopped. In court: can see the jury agreeing with trucker. Cop: but i pulled him over. Buzzer |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 47330867 United States 06/29/2014 09:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In most states, people have just as much legal right to be the issuer of a traffic citation/violation as police do. The truck driver could have demanded the officer give him a blank ticket and his drivers license and cited the officer for the offenses he witnessed. He then could have gone to the trial and testified against the officer. People have just as much arrest power as cops do, with the acception of serving warrants. Look it up. |

Actually only 22 of these LOD deaths have been by guns but they make such a big deal about these cops dying "on duty" (most are accidents, of which any profession has). I can pretty much guarantee there have been more "farmer LOD deaths" so far this year than there will be cop deaths in 2014. I am so sick of any cop being above my rights. If they can ticket me and then do the same crime (speeding) pisses me off. I understand I don't get a ticket every time I go 2 mph over the speed limit. What I don't understand is how one of them can fly past me at 90+ on the road and pass another cop going opposite direction running radar and nothing happens, yet that cop would ticket me. Being a cop doesn't mean being above the law! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32430745 Take a tablet, use the front facing camera, and aim it towards the officer while it's on the dash. The cop will see the tablet and see that he is being recorded because He will see himself on the screen. Works very very well, I've had a cop tremble in his boots and stutter out of fear of seeing himself recorded. NOICE!! 5 *'s I'll top you though.. i have cams all clamped all over my 4x4 (not the beemer)... and when i get pulled over they are hesitant?... i tell them they are 24/7 as i am a storm chaser ;).. try that shit.... Oh, that isn't the only camera I use. That is only the one they can see themselves being recorded on, just so they quickly get on their best behavior. fuck you insulting cunt.. you got that backward.. wait until you hit 13......... It's life as we know it, but only just. [link to citizenperth.wordpress.com] sic ut vos es vos should exsisto , denego alius vicis facio vos change , exsisto youself , proprie |
