Mods - GLP website glitch?

So I just clicked onto the Ukraine thread, and all of this junk was at the top....but not in the thread, it was clear on the top page where the GLP banner usually is. WTH? Did anyone else get this or is it a weird ass glitch? All the bolded text was crossed through, my phone won't take a screenshot so I copied all the text.
