It's called "Chain of Custody"
Where are the chain of custody DOCUMENTS of all the numbers extracted from every sensor, every year, all the way to the end-product chart or graph?
Where is the chain of custody of the CALIBRATION CERTIFICATIONS of every sensors used to extract readings?
Where are the certification DOCUMENTS for every sensor reader verifying they are qualified and have received training to perform all tasks at each sensors. Where is the chain of custody for security of those documents?
Never mind the qualifications of the data manipulators and statisticians.
