I am looking for something down to Earth (pun not intended:-), with no too much vector algebra, and integral calculus...something based on experiments

Jason Verbelli's reading list is very good. Any of them. Walter Russel is good too.

I'm guessing that nobody REALLY understand magnetism. Maybe you can figure it out.

I'd also watch this and understand cavitation, the pistol shrimp and friction heater, its cold fusion.

Along with centrifugal centripetal forces. Earth spins on overunity. But if you spin something you get a reactionary spin.

Jason Verbelli - Alchemy Event Conference 4/29/12 - The Geometry of Implosion Part 1 of 4

Cavitation - Sonoluminescence - Implosion Technology - Sacred Sciences Part 1

I'd actually watch the second series first, its a really good look into overunity, cold fusion/cavitation.

Also, click on see more under the video for his long list of reads.

Well, this probably isn't the exact area you meant, but if you want to read a riveting overview of the Earth's magnetic field and its relationship to the magnetic field of the Sun, the book Not by Fire but by Ice by Robert Felix is very exciting and original.

Great question Emerald Glow

hf

I think if you want book that is beyond basic and you interested in Tesla free energy, sacred vibration geometry and maybe healing resonance then a good book is Spin Fluctuation Theory of Itinerant Electron Magnetism by Yoshinori Takahashi. He really try to look beyond what conventional science say about magnetism, he's very interested in conservation of spin amplitude as an explanation for magnetisation phenomenon.

The Magnetic Effect by Walter Rawls and Albert Davis. I havent read it yet but I've been looking into it. Funny that your bringing it up now. Expensive book. Supposed to be one of the best out there on magnetism.

Not sure what you mean by the basics, but in addition to Tesla, researching Maxwell, Faraday and Gauss will lead to some interesting seminal material in the field.

Exactly. The theory of magnetic materials is all about strongly correlated systems and the mathematics gets horrific even at an intermediate level. I've taught a 4th year university course in strongly correlated systems (magnetic and superconducting materials). I could spend an entire hour on going through a trivial demonstration calculation and the physics majors were really struggling with the topic.

The theory of electromagnetic fields with surface and volume integrals and serious partial differential equations are easy by comparison.

You need to have a strong background in statistical physics, quantum electronic structure and mathematical physics to get beyond the basics. To really get something out of the theory, you also require competence to crunch numbers on a computer. Only the most trivial cases in magnetic materials have closed form solutions and you need to solve them numerically.

I haven't seen an article about alternative science or a more in depth look, but if anywhere would be the place, ither to get what you need, or point you in the right direction, it would be here.
